Half-day AI hackathon
A compact introduction to solving problems with AI. A good warm-up, or a first step for teams that are new to AI hackathons.
- Fast idea generation
- 1 focused problem
- Introduction to AI tools
- No technical background needed
Most innovation projects quietly fizzle out. Too many workshops, too few decisions, too little that actually gets built. We designed a format that fixes this and have run it more than 120 times. We know what separates a good hackathon from one that does not deliver. Every hackathon can be facilitated in English or Danish.
Key figures
The process has three stages. Here is the short version.
Not every problem suits a hackathon. Before the event we use AI to analyse input from stakeholders and map your challenges, so the hackathon starts with a problem that is sharp enough for teams to build something useful in a short time.
Mixed teams use ChatGPT, Claude, n8n and other AI tools to generate ideas and build prototypes that actually work. No technical background is needed. Our AI coaches are in the room the whole time and help everyone get the most out of the tools.
We deliver a concrete implementation roadmap and a plan for handing over skills. Across our hackathons, 3 out of 5 prototypes are in use within 90 days. That is no accident. It comes from proper follow-up.
An AI hackathon solves a specific challenge and leaves you with a prototype. An AI course gives your people the basic skills. If you are right at the start with AI, a course may be the better first step.
Courses are run by our sister company Fremtidslaboratoriet, in English or Danish (website in Danish).
Before the hackathon we use AI to analyse stakeholder interviews, map business challenges and gather comparable examples, so participants arrive with a sharply defined problem.
Mixed teams use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to explore many ideas quickly, then prioritise them with AI-assisted scoring.
Teams build working prototypes in hours, not weeks. With tools such as Claude, n8n and AI agents, even non-technical participants can build software that is ready to demo.
Prototypes are tested with real users or realistic scenarios. AI helps analyse the responses quickly and point out the most important improvements before the pitch.
AI helps structure the story, generate visual mock-ups and produce a convincing presentation, so every team can pitch at a professional level.
We deliver a structured implementation roadmap, a plan for handing over skills and a way to track the return, so a prototype does not stay a prototype.
Every format is designed for cross-functional teams. No technical background needed, and every format can run in English or Danish.
