At a glance
- The complete format: 2 days with AI analysis before the event, in-depth prototyping and an external jury
- Delivers advanced prototypes and an implementation roadmap for management
- An external jury of industry experts gives feedback and validation
- 20 to 80 participants. Hybrid. From DKK 45,000.
Two-day AI hackathon
Two days give you what one day cannot: time to take the prototype apart and put it back together, time for an external jury, and time to build an implementation plan that still holds when everyday work resumes on Monday morning.
We start with an AI analysis of your processes in the weeks before. We finish with advanced prototypes and a roadmap. Everything in between has been refined over 120+ hackathons, and the whole programme can run in English or Danish.
No technical background needed. Our facilitators guide you through the AI tools. Your management team is welcome to observe the pitch to the external jury.
Duration
2 days (16 hours)
Participants
20 to 80 people
Format
Hybrid (on-site and remote)
What you take away
Advanced prototypes
Two days of building lets teams go much deeper than one day allows, including time to connect the prototype to the systems you already use.
Validation by an external jury
Feedback from an external jury of industry experts or potential investors gives the prototypes credibility and concrete points to improve.
An implementation roadmap
For the strongest prototypes we draw up a concrete implementation plan: who does what, when, and with which resources.
An estimate of the return
The facilitator helps calculate the expected business value of the prototypes once they are in use, ready to present to management.
The programme over two days
Informal networking. Teams meet and get ready.
60 min: The facilitator presents the results of the AI analysis carried out before the hackathon. The business owners go into the challenges in detail. Teams are deliberately mixed across disciplines.
2 hours: Advanced ideation using several AI techniques. Teams explore a wide range of solutions before narrowing down.
45 min: Teams choose the direction for their prototype. The facilitator checks technical feasibility with each team.
3 hours: Teams start building with no-code AI tools such as n8n and Claude. Facilitators help with set-up and keep everyone on track.
30 min: Teams show each other what they have built. The facilitator leads the feedback.
15 min: What do we need to finish tomorrow? What questions are still open?
15 min: Status check. Any blockers are dealt with straight away.
3 hours: Focused building, with the aim of making the prototype stable and ready to demo.
45 min: Prototyping stops. All effort goes into the pitch and the demo flow.
45 min: Teams rehearse their pitch. The facilitator gives feedback.
75 min: Each team pitches to the external jury. 5 minutes of pitch and 5 minutes of questions per team.
30 min: The jury deliberates while the teams take a break.
60 min: The winner is announced. The implementation roadmap is presented and next steps are agreed for each project.
A good fit if...
- Organisations with 20 to 80 participants that want a fully working prototype
- Teams with a complex challenge that needs more than one day
- Companies that want to combine prototyping with building deeper AI skills
- Organisations that want a detailed implementation roadmap for the best solutions
Perhaps not right if...
- Groups of fewer than 20 participants. See our one-day AI hackathon
- Organisations that want several parallel teams across the whole company. See the AI innovation marathon
Tip: Many companies start with a one-day AI hackathon and move up to the two-day format once they have seen what AI can do.
