What affects the price?
Four things decide where your price lands. We go through them with you before you get a quote, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Duration
The biggest factor. Half a day gives you time to test one idea. Two or three days give you time to build, test and improve the prototype, and to put together a plan that management can decide on.
Number of participants
More participants means more teams, and every team needs a facilitator to help along the way. The formats cover groups from 10 to 150 participants.
How tailored it is
There are no standard packages. If several teams work in parallel on challenges from different departments, or the programme has to fit into a conference or a strategy day, it takes more tailoring.
Preparation
Typically 2 to 3 weeks of preparation together with us, where we find and sharpen the right problem. The more mapping that is needed up front, the more preparation counts in the price.

Questions about pricing
Why do the prices say “from”?
Because the price depends on duration, the number of participants, how tailored the programme is and how much preparation is needed. The prices in the overview are the starting point for each format, from DKK 15,000 to DKK 75,000. Your quote gives you a fixed price, with no hidden extras.
Which format do most companies choose?
The one-day AI hackathon is our most popular format. It costs from DKK 25,000 and takes you from problem to working prototype in one working day. Across our hackathons, 87% of teams have a working prototype within 48 hours.
What do we get after the hackathon?
Every prototype gets an implementation plan, so you know what it takes to put it into use and who owns it. With structured follow-up, 3 out of 5 prototypes are in use within 90 days. If you need help with the implementation itself, we can agree that as a separate project.
How much notice do you need?
Send us an enquiry and we will clarify your needs and send you a concrete quote. A hackathon can typically be delivered with 3 to 4 weeks' notice, or 6 to 8 weeks for popular dates.
Can the hackathon run in English?
Yes. Every hackathon can be facilitated in English or Danish. We work across the Nordics, including with companies whose corporate language is English.
Can we run hackathons ourselves in the future?
Yes. We offer a training programme for facilitators, where your own people learn to run hackathons with our method and materials. That gives you ownership and means you rely less on outside help.
You will find more answers in our frequently asked questions.
