One-day AI hackathon

Eight hours. From a blank whiteboard to something that actually runs. It is our most booked format for a reason: one day is just enough to push a problem from idea to demo without losing focus.

The aim is a working prototype before the day is over. This is not a conference day with slides. It is a day for building, facilitated in English or Danish.

No technical background needed. Our facilitators get you started with the AI tools, and you build with no-code tools such as n8n and Claude.

What you take away

Working prototypes

The aim is a prototype ready to demo by the end of the day: not a concept paper, but software that actually runs.

An implementation plan for each prototype

For every project we agree what it takes to go from prototype to everyday use. Who owns it? When will it happen?

An estimate of the business value

The facilitator helps each team estimate the time saved and the business value of their solution.

A team that can use AI from day one

Every participant gets hands-on experience with the key AI prototyping tools and can start using them the next day.

A good fit if...

  • Companies that want something that runs, not just a list of ideas
  • Teams of 15 to 50 people with a concrete business problem
  • Organisations trying AI-driven innovation for the first time
  • HR and learning and development teams that want to give people real AI experience
  • Departments with a well-defined challenge and a budget to solve it

Perhaps not right if...

  • Groups of more than 50 participants. See our two-day AI hackathon
  • Organisations that only want to generate and prioritise ideas. See the half-day AI hackathon

Tip: Short on time, or want to try the format before you commit? Take a look at our half-day AI hackathon (4 hours).
