Real results from AI hackathons. Not hypotheses or slides, but working prototypes with a measurable effect on the business.

E-commerce and retail

Danish e-commerce company

50,000products enriched every day

From 12 supplier formats to one automated data set enriched with AI

During a one-day hackathon the team built an automated pipeline in n8n that accepts supplier data in any format, normalises it into one shared master data set and enriches every product line with AI: search-optimised brand copy, automatic image improvements and translations into four languages. At the end, the pipeline generates exports tailored to each customer. One distribution partner receives a CSV with 12 fields, another an XML file with 47 fields, a third a JSON export straight into its product database. 50,000 products now run through the pipeline every day without a single manual click.

“We used to have three full-time employees maintaining product data. Now it runs automatically, and the quality is higher than ever, because people make mistakes and a well-built workflow does not.”

Telemarketing and B2B sales

Danish telemarketing company

3xmore qualified calls per day

Sales reps call with personalised call briefs, not guesswork

During a one-day hackathon the team built an automated lead pipeline that gathers publicly available sources, enriches each lead with AI-generated insight on the industry, recent news and likely pain points, and combines it all into a personalised call brief that the rep receives 30 minutes before the call. The brief contains conversation openers based on real context, not guesswork. The reps now make three times as many qualified calls a day, not because they work faster, but because they spend their time talking instead of preparing.

“Our sales reps now go into calls better prepared than ever. They spend the time they used to spend on preparation talking to more people. It is the best productivity improvement I have seen.”

Consulting and professional services

Danish consultancy

85%less time spent on invoicing

From a fragmented invoicing puzzle to one basis ready for the bookkeepers

During a two-day hackathon the team built an automated invoicing workflow that pulls data from all five sources: Outlook for emails with agreed terms, shared drives for contracts, virk.dk and proff.dk for business register data, Google Maps for the mileage between consultant and client, and the internal timesheet system. The workflow gathers everything per client and period, validates it against the agreed terms, and delivers an invoicing basis ready for bookkeeping in exactly the format the company's accounting system expects. Invoicing time is down 85 percent, no visits are forgotten, and the bookkeepers get a data set they can trust.

“We were probably not invoicing everything we should have. Now the process is so simple that our consultants actually do it, and the bookkeepers have never had it easier.”
